Johan Odendaal

Johan Odendaal currently serves as the Managing Director for Corpag in South Africa since August 2020, leading an international corporate management and fiduciary services firm operating in over 20 jurisdictions. Johan is also the founder of Kintsugi Legal, established in April 2020, focusing on providing transparent and cost-effective legal solutions to local and international clients. Prior experience includes roles as General Legal Counsel at Prodigy Finance, Legal Counsel & Director at The Sovereign Group in Hong Kong and Singapore, Corporate Tax and Legal Consultant at PwC, and Candidate Attorney at Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes. Johan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor's in Accounting and Business/Management from Stellenbosch University, a Master's in Commerce (Taxation) from the University of Cape Town, and an ongoing Executive Global Master's in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
