Ariella Phillips has been in the workforce since 2015, beginning with an internship at Vennli. At Vennli, they developed and implemented a strategy to grow the company's social media audience, and was an editor, ghostwriter, and contributor to the company blog. In 2016, they took on the role of Research Sales Associate at BTIG, where they remained until 2018. During this time, they became the Research Operations Project Manager and BTIG Database Administrator. In 2021, Ariella moved to Morningstar as an Associate Customer Success Manager, and then to Brand Amplitude, LLC as a Research Associate. Ariella is currently employed at CorpAxe as a Client Manager.

Ariella Phillips attended the University of Notre Dame from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Italian and Program of Liberal Studies. Ariella then attended Middlebury College from 2012 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Italian Studies. In 2013, they attended the University of Chicago for a Masters of the Humanities (M.A.), which they completed in 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Series 7 certification from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in March 2017 and a Series 63 certification from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
