Deborah Lugger

Deborah Lugger is an experienced project and operations manager with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Partner Project Manager at Corpay since April 2021, Deborah previously held leadership roles including Business Process Director at 6 Degrees Health, Inc., where efforts focused on streamlining auditing processes, and Senior Operations Manager at MTI - Mobile Technologies Inc., where participation in the Global Operations Leadership Team contributed to enhanced client relations and operational efficiency. As President of Velocity Athletix, Deborah successfully established a business specializing in cheerleading and children's programs, overseeing all aspects from operations to strategic planning. Earlier experience as a Senior Project Manager and Director of Operations at First Advantage involved managing full life cycle projects and optimizing daily operations. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
