Johnny Passyn has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Johnny is currently the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Operations at Corpay, where they oversee a team of over 1,000 employees and drives business growth, client support, automation, and AI initiatives. Prior to Corpay, they worked at Fiserv as the SVP of Digital Channels, leading a team of 700+ employees and driving customer-centric outcomes for a B2B business unit. Johnny also served as the SVP of Client Experience and the SVP & GM of Mortgage LOS at Fiserv. Before joining Fiserv, Johnny worked at PNC as the SVP of Retail & Mortgage Lending Transformation and the SVP of Commercial Lending Transformation, where they led integration, transformation, and change management efforts for the lending business. Johnny also gained experience at SunTrust, The Yorktowne Group, McKinsey & Company, New York Life Investments, US Army & Army Reserves, and Ford Motor Company.

Johnny Passyn has a diverse education history. Johnny attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in (Mechanical) Engineering Management. In the same year, they also obtained the FE (Professional Engineer designation pre-qualification) certification from NY State.

Johnny continued their education at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on finance. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering & Material Science at Duke University.

In 2011, Johnny attended the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, where they obtained a Consumer Banking Association degree. The field of study for this degree is not specified.

Throughout their career, Johnny has also obtained additional certifications. In 1993, they received the Master Fitness Trainer certification from the U.S. Army. In 2012, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from North Carolina.
