Jonie Paden

Jonie Paden, MSHR, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of HR Employee Experience for North America at Corpay since March 2024. Previously, Jonie held the position of Senior Manager of HR Operations at The Home Depot from August 2022 to February 2024 and worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from March 2019 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Vanderlande Industries as both Benefits Manager/Human Resource Immigration Specialist and Global Human Resource Business Partner from March 2012 to March 2019. Jonie Paden earned a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University between 2020 and 2022.
