Michael Lecca

Michael Lecca is currently the Gerente de Acería y Reducción Directa at Corporacion Aceros Arequipa S.A., where Michael has held various roles since January 2005. Michael holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has completed additional education in Data Science Essentials, Digital Transformation, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Management, Supply Chain Management, and steel production. Lecca also has a background in Metalurgical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
