Lourdes Molina Cabrera

Lourdes Molina Cabrera is currently working at CORPORACIÓN JIMÉNEZ MAÑA as Técnico Área de personas since October 2006. Lourdes is responsible for planning and implementing the training program within the company, working closely with vendors and contributing to content design. Prior to this, Lourdes gained experience in fieldwork at various organizations, including Universidad de Granada and Escuela Andaluza de Salud Pública. Lourdes holds a Master's degree in "Gestión de los Recursos Humanos en la empresa" and a Bachelor's degree in Ciencias Políticas y Sociología from Universidad de Granada.
