Tiffany Jacquot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tiffany began their career at Shell Oil Company as a File Administrator, where they provided administrative support and maintained corporate files. Tiffany then moved on to Bank One as a Proof Operator/Corrections Clerk, ensuring accurate transaction encoding and resolving errors. At Harris Health System, they worked as a Financial Coordinator, handling payment processing and administrative tasks. Tiffany then joined Florida Spine Care and Pain Center as a Front Desk Lead, managing patient appointments, insurance verification, and chart coordination. Tiffany further expanded their skills as a Customer Care Coordinator at Lennar Homes/Village Builders, focusing on customer service within the home building industry. Tiffany's experience in the IT field includes roles at 48forty Solutions (formerly IFCO Systems) as an IT Systems Analyst/Business Analyst, specializing in EDI development, testing, and support. Tiffany also worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk, providing end-user support and managing mobile device administration. Currently, Tiffany holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Corporate Care.
Tiffany Jacquot has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. Tiffany also has a Certificate of Completion in Salesforce Administration from Tech Forward (Formerly HBCUForce), as well as additional training in Salesforce through Trailhead. Tiffany holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in Database Administration from Lone Star College. Tiffany completed their high school education at Nimitz High School and obtained an ITIL V3 Foundation Certification from EXIN in May 2009.
