Carrie Pratt (Reaume)

Carrie Pratt (Reaume) has extensive experience in operations and organizational leadership, currently serving as Operations Liaison at Corporate Cleaning Group since 2015, where efficiency and quality solutions are prioritized. Previously, as President of CLP Consulting from 2014 to 2016, Carrie specialized in change management and identifying operational gaps to enhance cost savings. Carrie also held the position of Executive Director at the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan from 2012 to 2014, overseeing various organizational functions and facilitating the rapid launch of HFM Camping Adventures. Career beginnings included a role at The Guidance Center from 2000 to 2012, initially as Director of Specialized Children’s Services and eventually becoming Director of Adult Behavioral Health, showcasing a commitment to behavioral health programming. Carrie holds a Master of Social Work with a minor in Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
