Kristi Blad

Kristi Blad has over 18 years of experience in accounting and finance. Kristi currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, a position they have held since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Nor-Son, Inc. for five years as a Controller, where they oversaw month-end activities, analyzed financial statements, and provided recommendations to senior management. Kristi also managed accounting policies and procedures and prepared annual budgets. Kristi started their career at TN Marketing in 2002 as an Accounting Manager, where they performed various accounting functions and supervised a team.

Kristi Blad graduated from Metro State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Kristi also obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in January 2017.
