Cheryl Driscoll

Director, Operations at Corporate Cost Control

Cheryl Driscoll began her career in unemployment compensation consulting with Jon-Jay Associates, Inc. in 2004. As a Claims Analyst, Cheryl gained knowledge of each state’s unique rules and regulations. With her positive attitude and leadership skills, she was promoted to the team lead in the Claims Department, insuring her team provided high-quality work with optimal customer service.

When Jon-Jay was acquired by the TALX Corporation (subsequently Equifax) in 2005, Cheryl remained in her position and was promoted to handling the more “difficult clients”. She has a very hard work ethic and is an excellent communicator. Cheryl attributes her strength in dealing with a diverse client base to “Always being there for the client, advising them and giving them the best customer service I have to offer.”

Cheryl joined Corporate Cost Control’s Claims Department in 2014 maintaining her position as a Claims Analyst. CCC is fortunate to add Cheryl’s passion for both customer service and her extensive unemployment knowledge to our dream team of unemployment experts. In 2015 Cheryl was promoted to team lead, overseeing a group of Claims Analyst to ensure the quality and timeliness of the work each provided was the best in the industry.

In August of 2016, Cheryl became a Regional Manager. Cheryl ensures that our East Coast and Regional Divisions, Claims and Hearings Department provide superior customer service along with maintaining the high standards Cheryl has been known for throughout her career.

In 2020 Cheryl’s strong leadership skills resulted in her most recent promotion to Director of Operations. In this role, Cheryl will work with all regions to increase efficiencies while continuing to provide the superior customer service that CCC has become known for in the Workforce Solutions Industry.
