Julia Day

Julia Day began her career in the unemployment compensation consulting business in 1999 with the Gates McDonald Company (GMD). Working at the corporate office in Columbus, Ohio, Julia gained experience in several areas, including Support Services and Claims Processing. Julia remained in the Claims Department when the TALX Corporation acquired GMD in 2003.

During her tenure with the TALX Corporation (subsequently Equifax), Julia continued to increase her knowledge of unemployment insurance and hone her customer service skills. Julia was promoted to the Hearings Department briefly prior to a promotion to Account Executive in 2004. As an Account Executive, Julia became a liaison between clients and the staff serving the client.

Corporate Cost Control, Inc. was fortunate to add Julia to our team in March of 2010 as an Account Executive. Julia is passionate about Account Management. “In this role, I am able to assess client needs in order to develop service and communication plans.” – Julia Day

As an Account Executive, Julia was responsible for conducting meetings (which include implementation) as well as educational workshops, quarterly report reviews, contact plans, problem resolution, and contract management. Julia held this position until October 2018, when her problem resolution skills, experience, and knowledge of unemployment insurance lead her to being promoted to Director of Client Service.

In 2018, Julia was promoted to Director of Client Service. Julia utilized her experience to assist CCC Account Executives in improving client results while improving client satisfaction. Julia excelled in Client Services but found her real passion was for the data that drive client results.

In 2020, Julia moved to CCC’s IT Department as the Director of IT Services. Julia works closely with Client Services on all IT related issues, such as reports, Hamlet, implementation process, etc. as well as all other IT projects/issues..
