Leslee Tschida

When Leslee Tschida’s parents, Fred and Gayle Stout, bought Mars Inc. in 1982, no one knew that the company would grow to be a National Leader in Tax Credit services. With all 7 Stout children, including Leslee, joining the practice as partners and integral parts of the company, Mars Inc. became Mars Stout in 1987. Having truly been a family effort, Leslee started her career in Workforce Solutions as a Tax Credit Screening Specialist.

Leslee was still in college when she started working with the family business; she got her Associates degree in Communications in 1985 from the University of Montana. Working in all areas of the company, Leslee gained a well-rounded view of Tax Credit Screening. In 1992, Leslee moved into an Account Executive position where she managed corporate accounts and assisted clients in obtaining compliance goals and screening.

It was during her time, as an Account Executive, that Leslee discovered her true passion in Tax Credit screening. She enjoyed educating locations to improve program utilization and presenting on best practices when applying for Employee Tax Credits. With such a passion for teaching others about WOTC, it was no surprise that Leslee moved into her current position of VP of Tax Credit Services.

With her parents still leading Mars Stout, Leslee heads the Tax Credit Service Department. With an emphasis on customer service, Leslee has led her team in securing companies hundreds of millions of dollars in tax credits. Leslee strives to educate customers on how Tax Credits can be an “untapped source” of income and hopes to assist in raising her customers’ confidence in WOTC credits.
