Josephine Cardone

Josephine Cardone, LMHC, NCC, is a skilled mental health counselor with a comprehensive background in both clinical and educational settings. Currently serving as President of the Minority Interchange of New York Toastmasters Club and previously holding roles such as Vice President of Education and Secretary, Josephine has demonstrated leadership and commitment to member development. With experience as an Employee Assistance Program Counselor at CCA Inc., Josephine provides solution-focused counseling to a diverse client base, having managed extensive caseloads in previous positions across various organizations, including PRFI Inc. and Rising Ground. Josephine holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University, a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Queens College, and an Associate’s Degree in Education from LaGuardia Community College.
