Bonnie Cooper is an experienced professional in business system delivery and project management, currently serving as the Director of Business System Delivery at the Massachusetts Medical Society since April 1992. In this role, Bonnie collaborates with business leads, IT teams, and vendor partners to enhance back-office systems to meet operational and product objectives. Previously held positions include Program Director at the Strategic Management Office, where Bonnie worked with corporate stakeholders to define business cases and projects, and Technology Program Manager, managing agile project teams and technology portfolios. Bonnie's career started as a Network Specialist at Dun & Bradstreet Software and as a Support Analyst at Zayre Corp. Since 2001, Bonnie has also been an instructor for project management at Corporate Education Group. Bonnie holds a Master of Arts degree in Business and Professional Communications from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brandeis University.
