David Sinyard

David Sinyard is the Vice Chairman at Corporate Finance Associates. David has also previously served as a Director at First Landmark Bank, where they were a member of the Board of Directors and the Loan and Assets/Liabilities (ALCO) Committees. During their time at the bank, shareholder value increased by 160%. David has also taught classes on International Management and Special Topics: Entrepreneurial Finance as an adjunct faculty instructor at Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics. In addition, they have taught Principles of Finance, Financial Policy, and Financial Institution Management to undergraduates at Mike Cottrell College of Business - Unversity of North Georgia. David Sinyard has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Canam Ventures Company and as Managing Director at Pegasus Partners LLC.

David Sinyard received their Doctor of Business Administration from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. David also holds an Hons BA from McGill University, as well as a Joint LLB/MBA from the same institution. Prior to their studies at McGill, they attended Upper Canada College.
