Gunther Hofmann

Gunther Hofmann has extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles. Gunther is currently the Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates, where they help owners and investors sell their companies. Gunther was previously the Managing Director of Armanino LLP, where they led the Corporate Finance practice in handling sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory. Gunther also served as the Vice President at The Brenner Group and as the Vice President at The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC, specializing in strategy and M&A advisory. Gunther has experience in venture capital as well, having managed the US office for DaimlerChrysler Venture, a German corporate venture capital fund. Gunther Hofmann began their education in 1989 at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they pursued a MSEE/MBA degree with a focus on Microelectronics, Finance, and Controlling. Gunther successfully completed their studies in 1996. In 1994, Gunther had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge in the field of Microelectronics as a visiting scholar at ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique. Additionally, they expanded their academic horizons by becoming a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley in 1995, exploring the field of International and Area Studies.
