Adam Fowler

Adam brings over 12+ years of experience to his clients providing accounting advisory services and interim management to companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He has worked with clients in the biotechnology, technology, financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

Adam’s significant experience has been supporting clients with their complex technical accounting matters, SEC reporting including recurring filings, acquisition integration, revenue recognition, lease accounting, debt and equity financing transactions, stock compensation, financial planning & analysis, operational efficiencies, policy documentation, and process improvements. His clients would say that he provided them with outstanding client service and people leadership that exceeded their expectations.

Prior to joining CFGI, Adam served as an Audit Senior Associate at KPMG in Boston. During his career with KPMG, he led audit engagements for both private and public companies in the banking, hedge fund, mutual fund, private equity, and venture capital industries. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from Isenberg School of Management.
