Chris has over 20 years of experience providing accounting, management advisory and transaction services to public and private companies ranging from development stage to Fortune 500. His experience spans a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, Life Sciences, Energy, Real Estate, Healthcare, Insurance, and Software. Prior to joining CFGI, Chris was a Partner at KPMG LLP and served four years in the firm’s National Office in New York City where he advised engagement teams and clients on complex accounting and SEC reporting matters, and contributed to the development of the firm’s external accounting publications.
Chris has extensive experience with mergers/acquisitions, divestitures, IPO’s and secondary offerings, private placement debt and equity offerings, debt restructurings, carve-outs, restatements, and internal control assessments.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
