Additionally, he has led numerous engagement teams in interim management, SEC and Financial Reporting, accounting for share-based payment plans, process improvements as well as a variety of other technical accounting topics. Keith is an alumni of the PricewaterhouseCoopers audit practice. Keith is a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from Isenberg School of Management.
