Parm Dhillon

Parm is the lead Partner with CFGI’s Transaction Advisory Services practice in London. He brings more than 12 years of transaction advisory experience in buy-side, sell-side, and re-financing opportunities. His primary areas of focus are financial due diligence and vendor due diligence transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Parm has worked with clients across multiple industries throughout his career, during which time he has built a specialism for software and technology transactions.

Parm’s recent experience includes financial due diligence support as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal in London. During his time at Alvarez & Marsal Parm primarily worked on mid-market buy-side and sell-side transactions across various industries.

Prior to that, Parm was a Director in Deloitte’s Transaction Services Practice in London. During his time at Deloitte Parm was a senior team member for one of Deloitte’s tier 1 Transaction Services clients providing both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence support. Parm primarily focused on Software and Technology transactions whilst in the Deloitte Transaction Services practice.

Parm is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). He has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
