Uvaldo Mencia, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Accounting Advisory at CFGI since August 2022, Uvaldo has held significant positions including Senior Financial Reporting Manager at U.S. Century Bank and BankUnited, where responsibilities included oversight of financial reporting processes. Previous experience includes the role of Assurance Manager at EY and various accounting positions at Simply Healthcare Plans and HealthSun Health Plans, Inc. Uvaldo holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor in Accounting, both from Florida International University.
