Jackie Chmura

Jackie Chmura is an accomplished professional in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at the Corporate Finance Institute® since January 2023. Prior to this, Jackie held significant positions at Pluralsight as the Director of North America Renewals from January 2022 to October 2022, and at A Cloud Guru as the Manager of SMB Relationship Management from August 2020 to January 2022, following A Cloud Guru's acquisition of Linux Academy, where Jackie was the Manager of Customer Success from June 2019 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as the Customer Engagement Manager and Director of Customer Operations at NextDeal/DigitalDocs from July 2011 to March 2019. Jackie Chmura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University in 2011.
