Dmytro Kozlov is an experienced leader in corporate governance and information technology, currently serving as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Ukrainian Food Trading & Distribution Company and the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Terramet.kh. Their career encompasses significant roles, including previous positions as Chief Information Officer at Piraeus Bank ICB and Regional IT Director at JTI, where Dmytro managed large teams and budgets across multiple regions. Dmytro has also contributed to corporate governance reform in Ukraine as a lecturer for the Corporate Governance Professional Association and as a member of national advisory groups. An alumnus of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy and IMD, Dmytro holds a Master's degree in Applied Research Automation from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'

Corporate Governance Professional Association
Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) was established in 2009 as a non-government organization and currently ranks as a leading expert community and centre for generating corporate governance reform in Ukraine. In 2013, Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute (UCGI) was established as a study, research and consulting centre of CGPA. Under the terms of the cooperation agreement, the Institute ensures the implementation of key statutory tasks of CGPA and has become the leading educational, research and consulting organization in the field of corporate governance, anti-corruption compliance and business strategy for Ukrainian business. Общественная организация «Профессиональная ассоциация корпоративного управления» (ПАКУ) является добровольным объединением граждан, которое создано на основе единства интересов для общей реализации членами Ассоциации своих прав и свобод. Ассоциация создается на принципах профессиональной принадлежности и объединяет лица, которые работают в сфере корпоративного управления. Основными принципами, на которых осуществляет свою деятельность Ассоциация, ее органы и члены, является независимость, приоритет интересов общества, верховенство права, открытость, демократичность, добровольность, равноправие членов, профессионализм. Целью деятельности Ассоциации является объединение профессионалов корпоративного управления для содействия развитию и усовершенствованию корпоративного управления в Украине, имплементации общепринятых международных стандартов корпоративного управления, повышение уровня этики корпоративных отношений, роли и авторитета специалистов по корпоративному управлению, а также удовлетворение, защита прав и законных интересов членов ассоциации.
