Erini Ghaly

Erini Ghaly is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Corporate Initiatives since October 2022, after holding the position of National People and Culture Manager. Prior to this, Erini worked at KITO PWB from July 2017 to September 2022 as a Human Resources Specialist/Manager, overseeing various HR activities including recruitment, performance management, and compliance. Erini's career includes significant roles as Executive Assistant at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) from September 2008 to September 2013 and at USAID from 1999 to 2008. Erini holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Accounting from HUC, along with a Diploma in Human Resources Management from VCCI.
