Melissa Africano

Melissa Africano is a highly experienced communications professional with a diverse background in public relations and account management. Currently serving as Account Director at Corporate Ink since March 2022, Melissa previously held the position of Senior Account Executive at Trevi Communications, Inc. Prior to these roles, Melissa was International Communications Director for Yandex, where responsibilities included acting as the Western PR representative for the company, alongside supporting Western business development initiatives. Earlier experience includes academia as a Graduate Student Instructor at Duke University, administrative support at Boston University, and international outreach roles with Fulbright and the US Committee for Refugees & Immigrants. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Russian Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Union College.
