Stacey Laugel is an accomplished UX professional with extensive experience in user experience strategy and operations, currently serving as AVP, UX at Corporate One Federal Credit Union since June 2011. Stacey has played a pivotal role in developing and managing a cross-platform Design System while implementing DesignOps practices to enhance efficiency within a team of UX professionals. With a background that includes increasing UX maturity across organizational levels, establishing participatory design activities, and pioneering user experience methodologies, Stacey has effectively championed UX throughout the organization and leveraged customer experience innovations. In addition, freelance work as a UX Designer, Researcher, and Developer, along with previous roles in content development and analysis, contribute to a robust skill set in design, research, and digital strategy. Stacey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science with a focus on Visual Communication Design from The Ohio State University.
