Suzanne Baker

Suzanne Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent role is as an IT Senior Compliance and Security Leader at KEMET Electronics Corporation since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Governance, Compliance, and Risk Consultant at Carrier HVAC starting in 2020. Suzanne also served as an Executive Consultant to the CIO at CampusWorks, Inc. from April 2019. Their responsibilities included leading the Information Technology Service Management Project and implementing ITIL best practices.

Before that, Suzanne held positions at Corporate One Federal Credit Union as VP IT Governance and Operations from 2017 onwards, and AVP IT Change Management and Standards in 2016. Suzanne worked as a Sarbanes Oxley Consultant at Chewy in November 2019. At United Technologies from May 2019 to November 2019, Suzanne served as an Information Technology Consultant, leading the IT aspects of SOX audit access review.

Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked as an IT Executive Consultant at Vaco Orlando from September 2014 to May 2015, and as the Director of PMO and IT Governance at Saint Louis University from January 2013 to August 2013. Suzanne also served as an IT Executive Consultant at Saint Louis University from February 2012 to January 2013.

Additionally, Suzanne has experience as a Consultant at OGE Energy Corp in 2011 and as the Director of IT Security and Quality Assurance at TBC Corporation from April 2011 to July 2011.

Suzanne Baker obtained a BA degree in Computers from Barry University from 1990 to 1992. Suzanne then pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Business at the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2000. Suzanne also holds certifications in Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) obtained from ISACA in May 2009, and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) obtained from ISACA in December 2018. In addition, they completed the Santa Clara IT Leadership Program in February 2001.
