Leah Styers

Leah Styers is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles across talent acquisition, social media coordination, and retail. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Projects Team at Arrow Strategies since June 2020, Leah excels in sourcing professionals for significant projects and managing onboarding processes. Recently, Leah held the position of Membership & Co-Fundraising Chair at the Corporate Retail Association from September 2023 to April 2024, in addition to serving as a General Member. In the summer of 2023, Leah contributed as a Social Media Coordinator & Intern at KRONK Boxing Community Center, supporting social media and branding initiatives for both the boxing gym and its associated youth development program. Earlier experience includes working as a Retail Team Member at Aeropostale, where responsibilities involved inventory control and customer service. Leah is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Leadership & Strategy at Michigan State University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
