Frank Liang

Frank’s more than 15 years of software development, product design and management, and IT infrastructure experience has predominantly helped construct CTI’s suite of technology solutions. In addition to evolving the company’s cohesion of IT security and accessibility, he also collaborates with our operations team, and works closely with the outsourced R&D center in China.

Frank leverages his vast knowledge and skills - which were founded on his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley - to incorporate technology products and services into the practice that continuously increases the efficiency of CTI’s internal tax consulting business and dramatically improves the support we deliver for our external partners.

When he isn’t meticulously manipulating networks, applications, and computers, you may find Frank globetrotting or teaching his daughters the 3 Ms of life: Morals, Math, and Mandarin.
