James Anderson

James Anderson is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in data analysis, team supervision, and technical support. Currently at Corporate Tools since April 2022, Anderson previously served as a Business Analyst at Merchant e-Solutions from May 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included generating reports, maintaining merchant terminal databases, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert on various projects. Prior to that, Anderson held roles such as Help Desk Supervisor and Technical Lead at MerchantE and Bank of America Merchant Services, respectively, overseeing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing technical support.
