Justin Coyne

Justin Coyne is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer experience, marketing, and creative direction. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience & Brand at Corporate Tools since January 2021, Justin manages brand and creative initiatives for a business formation and entity management firm. Previously, as Director of Marketing at Zumiez from June 2015 to June 2019, Justin led a team responsible for advertising, events, loyalty, and social media, while also researching and developing brand strategies. Justin's tenure at Zumiez also included roles as Creative Director and Art Director, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining brand integrity across various media. With earlier experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer for notable clients and a Media & Information Manager at the University of Washington, Justin's expertise is supported by a Fellowship in Visual Journalism from the Poynter Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in English - Creative Writing from Western Washington University.
