Naihma Deady is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, media coordination, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Customer Service Manager and Corporate Coach at Corporate Tools since September 2018, Naihma has also held roles such as Bilingual Customer Service Representative. From 2010 to 2016, Naihma co-owned The Bike Commuter, a bike shop in Southeast Portland focused on promoting cycling as a viable transportation option. Naihma's dedication to community outreach is evident from previous positions, including Latino Media Coordinator at Mainstream Media Project, where efforts centered on enhancing access to vital information for Latinos, and as Latino Media Outreach Coordinator at Public News Service. Naihma's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Zoology from Humboldt State University and completion of studies at Colegio Americano de Puebla.
