Javier Contreras is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of KindReff, an employee referral platform dedicated to enhancing social responsibility within organizations, Javier also holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Corporate Travel Management AU/NZ, where responsibilities include designing and scaling applications and infrastructure.
