Laura Ruffles

Laura Ruffles serves as the Executive Director & CEO for the ANZ, Asia, and Europe regions at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group, a role held since July 2023. With a long-standing career at Corporate Travel Management since February 2010, Laura has held various leadership positions including Global COO, CEO of Australia and New Zealand, COO, and General Manager for Australia. Prior experience includes a tenure at American Express, where Laura worked from February 2001 to February 2010 in roles such as Global Client Manager, Global Strategy, and Director for Middle Market & Small Business. Laura Ruffles holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
