Lucy Hughes serves as the HR Manager for Corporate Travel Management (CTM) in Australia and New Zealand, effective February 2024, diligently overseeing innovative people solutions and partnering with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Lucy was the Group Manager of Human Resources at Diabetes Australia, where responsibilities included leading a multidisciplinary HR team, developing fair policies, and ensuring a capable workforce aligned with organizational goals. Lucy's prior experience spans the Australian Department of Defence, where roles ranged from Assistant Director Governance to HR and Business Operations Manager, focusing on financial management, procurement governance, and HR functions. Lucy holds a Master of Business from UNSW and dual degrees in Commerce and Arts from Monash University, complemented by foundational education at Methodist Ladies’ College in Melbourne.
