Bob Picinich

Bob Picinich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bob started their career in 1988 as a Sales Representative at Equicor and then moved on to Cigna, where they held multiple positions, including Sales Representative and later as General Manager, driving growth in Arizona and Nevada. Bob then joined the healthcare division of Cigna, Intracorp, as the SVP of the Healthcare Business Unit. In 2005, they transitioned to Cigna as the SVP of Sales Effectiveness, where they were responsible for improving sales performance through enablement, technology, channel strategy, and process improvement. In 2015, they founded their own company, PDR Advisors, LLC, where they serve as the Founder and CEO. Recently, in 2022, they joined Corporate Visions as a Consulting Principal.

Bob Picinich completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Colgate University, where they attended from 1978 to 1982. In 1996, they participated in the Stanford University Advanced Management College but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Additionally, they engaged in marketing leadership skills training at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1992 to 1993.
