Norm Williams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and corporate strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sales Consultant at Corporate Visions, Norm previously held the role of President & CEO at Capton, Inc., where substantial organizational improvements were implemented. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Guglielmo Advisors, Norm provides strategic consulting to a diverse range of companies, while earlier leadership positions include pivotal roles at Island Data Corporation, CMS Peripherals, and Conner Peripherals, where significant revenue growth and innovative strategies were achieved. Norm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA.
