Scott Cauchois

Scott Cauchois is a sales director with over a decade of experience in the corporate benefits industry. Scott began their career at Mercer in 2008 as a Health and Benefits Market Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in the healthcare industry. Scott left Mercer in 2016 to join Corporate Visions as a Director of Enterprise Accounts. In this role, they helped B2B companies develop the messages, content, and selling skills needed to master the three most critical value conversations. Scott left Corporate Visions in 2019 to join Buck as a Director, West Region Growth. In this role, they are responsible for connecting complex clients with best-in-class resources for health & welfare consulting and administration, employee engagement and employer branding, compensation consulting, employer pension consulting and administration, and HR technology.
