Michael Brazukas

Michael Brazukas is the President and Founder of the Strategy Management Institute, established in December 2010, which specializes in strategy, performance, and excellence consulting for a diverse range of mission-driven organizations. Previously, Michael served as Managing Director at Palladium Group, Inc. from March 2009 to March 2011, overseeing comprehensive strategy management solutions and later held the role of Executive Director for the Palladium Partner Network. Michael co-founded ActiveStrategy, Inc. in February 2000, where responsibilities included leading the consulting practice until the company was acquired by the Advisory Board in 2012. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as Director of Marketing at Cegedim Dendrite, focusing on CRM solutions for the pharmaceutical sector. Michael holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Princeton University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
