Kevin Thompson

Kevin Thompson is an accomplished professional with significant experience in government affairs and business development. Currently serving as a Principal at Broadmore Consulting since February 2015, Kevin devises effective business development strategies and successfully navigates government relations for clients, leveraging an extensive network of community leaders and elected officials across Arizona. As a Commissioner at the Arizona Corporation Commission since January 2023, Kevin oversees regulatory matters for private utility companies. Previously, Kevin served on the Mesa City Council from January 2015 to January 2023 and held key roles at Southwest Gas Corporation, directing operations in public affairs and new business development. Kevin is a United States Air Force veteran with eight years of service, specializing in armament systems and maintaining aircraft readiness. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
