Herb Lemon is an experienced Engineering Technologist with a robust background in civil engineering. Currently serving at the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood since July 2014, Herb previously held positions at RJ Burnside & Associates from May 2003 to June 2014. Herb's educational qualifications include a Civil Engineering Technologist degree from Seneca Polytechnic, completed between 2000 and 2003.
