Douglas J. Fahoury

Mr. Fahoury is co-founder and Managing Partner of Iron Gate Capital, a private-equity firm formed in 2005 that specializes in early growth technology companies, real estate, and energy. Mr. Fahoury has a 30+ year background in venture capital/private equity, public securities, and company operations. Prior to Iron Gate, Mr. Fahoury was Chief Investment Officer of Inventure Partners, an incubator that created, grew, and funded three revenue-generating companies. Prior to Inventure, Mr. Fahoury was a Vice President with two venture capital funds (iBelay and Tango Partners) with over $250 million under management. Prior, Mr. Fahoury was one of the founding employees of Exactis.com in 1995, a technology company that raised ~$30 million prior to going public. Prior, Mr. Fahoury spent seven years in public securities research, the last three years as founder and Managing Director of McNatt, Douglas & Co, a public equities research firm. Mr. Fahoury has a B.S. in Business from Colorado State University and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento.
