Nick Heekin was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of Corporex Companies in December 2021. He brings over 15 years’ experience with Corporex and during his tenure has been involved in all facets of the company. Nick has played a central role in all major financial transactions and asset dispositions. Mr. Heekin has led, structured, and closed over $2.5 billion of real estate transactions including hotel, residential, industrial, office, land, specialty use facilities, and complex municipal bond financings. His experience across multiple disciplines includes strategic planning, operating efficiency and developing highly effective teams.
In addition to his corporate duties, Mr. Heekin currently serves on the Board of Directors for Commonwealth Hotels.
Mr. Heekin is a proud alumnus of both the University of Cincinnati and St. Xavier High School.
