Ms. Dill joined Corporex in 2020. She provides general legal counsel and also serves as Corporate Secretary for the Corporex family of entities. Ms. Dill has over 20 years of experience as an attorney, including both in-house legal counsel roles within the textile, real estate development and hospitality industries as well as outside legal counsel roles with a focus on commercial real estate and finance. Ms. Dill has JD and MBA degrees from the University of Cincinnati and received her BS degree in Accountancy from Miami University.
