Nirav Jadav

Nirav Jadav has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nirav started their career in 2009 as an Executive Trainee at Rajoo Engineers Limited, where they were responsible for implementing and managing the Payroll Module. Nirav then worked as an Enterprise Resources Planning Functional Consultant at Accusol Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they gathered business requirements and provided technical consultation for integrated ERP systems.

In 2013, Nirav joined Sophos as a Senior Project Coordinator, leading project initiation, planning, and execution. Nirav later became a Project Manager Scrum Master, overseeing two teams and excelling in estimation, planning, and removing impediments.

Currently, Nirav serves as the Head of Quality Assurance and Project Management at Corpository - A Yubi Company. In this role, they promote a quality mindset and ensures the production of high-quality deliverables. Additionally, they lead a team of 10 people and is involved in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Prior to their current position, Nirav was a Program Manager at Corpository, where they authorized and funded programs to align with the organization's strategic direction. Nirav also managed program strategy, project delegation, and implementation.

Overall, Nirav has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, project management, program management, and ERP implementation throughout their career.

Nirav Jadav completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from the Department of Business Administration Bhavnagar from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering from Charotar Institute of Technology Changa from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Nirav has acquired various certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC), Scrum Master Certified (SMC), and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC). Nirav has also completed multiple courses on agile project management, Jira Software, Microsoft Project, and solving business problems.
