Allison O'Kelly

Allison O'Kelly is the CEO and Founder of Corps Team, a nationwide search and staffing firm they established in 2005. Allison has partnered with various organizations including Fortune 500 companies, small to medium-sized businesses, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations to recruit top talent. Prior to founding Corps Team, Allison also owned O'Kelly & Company, a CPA and consulting firm, where they focused on the financial needs of small companies. Allison grew their client base to 30 companies within one year. Allison has also held positions at Toys R Us, where they participated in a selective development program and served as Director of Sales Initiatives. Allison began their career at KPMG as a Supervising Senior Accountant, where they managed client relations and performed financial audits. Additionally, Allison is a member of Leadership Atlanta, joining the class of 2024.

Allison O'Kelly obtained their BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in the years 1990-1994. Allison later pursued a degree in General Business and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School during 1997-1999. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
