Aditi Beohar

Aditi Beohar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and Talent Acquisition.

Aditi joined Corra in 2018, where they held the position of Manager HR & Talent Acquisition. In this role, they demonstrated their expertise in recruitment for IT and Engineering positions, utilizing creative sourcing techniques and social media. Aditi was highly motivated and dedicated to achieving successful results and providing a fulfilling experience for candidates and clients.

Prior to joining Corra, Aditi worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from October 2020 to March 2022. During this time, they gained further experience in various HR functions.

In 2018, Aditi worked as an HR Executive, responsible for overall recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and managing people engagement activities. Aditi successfully handled these responsibilities until October 2020.

Before their tenure at Corra, Aditi worked as an HR Assistant at UL India Pvt Ltd from December 2016 to November 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Freelancer Recruiter for a short period in 2016, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates until their joining.

Aditi's early work experience includes a role as an HR Executive at Computronics Systems (India) Private Limited from November 2014 to November 2015, where they primarily focused on recruitment.

Aditi began their career as a Back Support Executive (HR Trainee) at Abhiraj Infra Projects (ASI) from September 2013 to August 2014. Their responsibilities included initial resume screening, final discussions, salary negotiations, and processing resumes received through referrals and vendors.

From 2013 to 2014, they attended Symbiosis and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM).

Between 2010 and 2012, Aditi enrolled at Medicaps Institute and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance and Marketing.

From 2007 to 2010, they studied at M.K and completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com; H.S) degree with a focus on Computer Application.

In the years 2005 to 2007, Aditi attended K.B.Patel Gujarati Girls School, although their specific degree or field of study during this time is unknown.

Additionally, Aditi obtained several certifications throughout their career. In May 2023, they completed the "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn. Aditi also earned a certification with the same title and institution in May 2023. Another certification they obtained was the "A Manager's Guide to Discipline and Documentation" from Mineral in July 2022.
