Terry Roedell

Terry Roedell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and facilities management. Currently serving as Assembly Lead at Correct Craft since May 2010, responsibilities include increasing production while ensuring quality and safety, as well as pursuing Lean Manufacturing improvements. Previous roles at Correct Craft include Machine Shop Lead, where production was elevated by 75%, and CNC and Machine Operator. Terry also held positions such as Facilities Manager at Orlando Speedworld Drag Strip, overseeing event operations and managing cleanup crews. Early experience includes roles as a Machine Operator at Direct One Inc., Project Manager at The Basachie Group Inc., and Warehouse Manager at Farm and Pet Outlet. Terry holds an Associate's degree in Architecture from Mid Florida Tech.
