Heather Cloutier

Heather Cloutier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs, communications, and management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Director at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada since April 2021, Heather has also held roles including Manager of Internal and Digital Communications. With a background as a Motivational Speaker since April 2012, Heather has contributed to the Correctional Service of Canada in multiple managerial positions, including Manager of Parliamentary Relations and A/Associate Assistant Commissioner. Previous experiences include positions at Arbonne International LLC, HRSDC, and the Canada Student Loans Program, among others. Heather holds a degree in Political Science and Mass Communications from Carleton University, where involvement in basketball was also notable.
